“The Prodigy” Finally Reveals Everything About Internet Marketing!
At 116 pages, this is by far the biggest ebook I have reviewed yet. The book starts off in an autobiographical fashion, detailing how Nathan went from zero to hero in the world of internet marketing. He talks about the importance of maintaining the right mindset, networking and also honing your skills periodically. And with that the intro is over and the real game begins.
Nathan then takes us through his guide on identifying and attacking unsaturated and emerging markets. He explains in detail about the tools (free and paid) that aids him in this. For me, the best part in this book is the portion where he explains the importance of product creation. This is one area in internet marketing that has been neglected by many. And I am as guilty as “the many” here. The author shows examples of his own past work (mostly his previous WSOs or Warrior Special Offers to be precise). He explains his style of work when he started in 2007 and how he made a killing back then with ebooks he wrote within a day or two.
Cut to 2009, and Nathan says the strategies remain still the same. Today the outsourcing market has also grown bigger and so it is not necessary to create a product yourself. The author explains all this, even provides contact details of some of his own copywriters. Once you have a product, you need a sales page that can communicate effectively with a prospective buyer. No worries, the author here explains his idea of effective sales pitching, based on his own experience.
Much of the focus has been given to Warrior Forums and it’s WSOs and after going through the entire book, I must say I am not surprised. The author repeatedly stresses on the effect a WSO can have on your product, particularly if it is genuinely good. He even shows you some of his own successful WSOs, so that you can take a good look, not just on the sales pitch, but also on the responses of warriors (Warrior Forum members).
Joint Venture (or JV) is something people overlook as getting a product into some marketing giant’s mailing list. Nathan explains how that is not the case and talks at large about maintaining a more human level relationship with your JV partner. He has even provided a 6 step process to creating a healthy and profitable relationship with a (future) JV partner. And I must say I can’t agree with him more.
“Membership Site” specialist Michael Gunn comes in next with his “guest” chapter on membership sites, thereby a mailing list. He goes in detail on the topic, spanning 7 pages, in which he explains with a sample scenario, a membership site (with mailing list) that can be a recurring income. Later Nathan explains how we can automate certain stuff in a membership site, thereby making a recurring income, on autopilot. I must say, this is one of the best chapters in this book.
Towards the end, there is this portion called “Anatomy of a Killer Sales Page” where the author explains with a sample sales page, line-by-line, on why it is THE killer sales page. This portion alone could have been sold for at least $5 as a separate product.
Finally the author signs off with his two cents on the future of affiliate marketing, particularly on why the future is so bright in this sector. This is a motivating portion, especially in this era of global financial meltdown.
The Reborn Internet Marketer
In the second ebook that comes in this pack, the author talks about the importance of maintaining a disciplined and structured life style. Though internet marketers don’t need to maintain a 9 to 5 schedule, the author explains why it is important to maintain a working schedule to avoid distractions and concentrate on work. It is a simple 32 page ebook where Nathan also mentions the mistakes of his early life and what we can learn from them.
5 Day Action Plan
As the name suggests, this 3 page ebook provides us with a 5 day action plan to implement the things we learnt from the main book. After going through 116 pages of vital information, I say it is pretty handy to have a shorter “quick refer” ebook that outlines the stuff that is covered in the whole book.

“The Prodigy” Finally Reveals Everything About Internet Marketing is undoubtedly one of the most inspiring books I have ever read. This is the kind of book that gets you all excited about a “wealthy” future you are going to have, if you are ready to work. Here the author doesn’t give you astronomical dollar figures or false hopes. You are given a complete road map to a successful online business venture. Whether you want to take the road is up to you. If you do take, rest assured, you won’t be disappointed. This book earns my highest recommendation.
